Wilmington Police Identify Victims in Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash
Wilmington, NC – The Wilmington Police Department (WPD) has released the names of the two individuals who tragically lost their lives in a single-vehicle crash that occurred early Sunday morning.
The driver has been identified as Noah Giovanni Johnston, 21, of Indianola, Iowa. The identity of the second victim has also been confirmed, though additional details regarding their relationship and cause of the crash are still under investigation.
Authorities responded to the scene shortly after the crash occurred and confirmed both individuals were pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved.
The Wilmington Police Department is continuing its investigation to determine the circumstances leading up to the fatal accident.
