Jayden’s mother, Felicia A. Gross (33) from Jackson, KY, is charged with:
- Second-degree manslaughter
- Abuse of a corpse
- Tampering with evidence

After initially pleading for help to find Jayden, Gross allegedly admitted to giving him sleeping medication that led to his death and then hiding his body in a plastic tote before burying it.
