Incident Overview
On March 6, 2025, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a home invasion on Creekside Way in Metter, GA led to a shooting. Suspect Identified and Arrested
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), working with the Candler County Sheriff’s Office, identified James Bryant, a 44-year-old Sylvania resident, as the suspect. He was arrested on March 10, 2025 by the Port Wentworth Police Dept. and booked into the Candler County Jail The Georgia Virtue+3Georgia Bureau of Investigation+3Hoodline+3. -
