• Incident Overview
  On March 6, 2025, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a home invasion on Creekside Way in Metter, GA led to a shooting. • Suspect Identified and Arrested
  The Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), working with the Candler County Sheriff’s Office, identified James Bryant, a 44-year-old Sylvania resident, as the suspect.   Bryant faces the following charges:

  1. Aggravated Assault

  2. Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Crime

• Ongoing Investigation
