This morning, my wife and I awakened with heavy hearts—filled with grief and sorrow—over the tragic UPS plane crash at Louisville Airport last night.
So far, fifteen precious lives have been lost, and at least twelve others are in the hospital. Families, friends, co-workers, and fellow citizens are mourning deeply as they face the reality of this heartbreaking event.
Romans 12:15 (KJV)
Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.
Today, as we lift everyone affected by this tragedy in prayer, we also weep with them. We trust our Heavenly Father to draw near to the brokenhearted and to hold each one in His everlasting arms of comfort and love.
Deuteronomy 33:27 (KJV)
The eternal God is thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms.
We weep with you, Louisville. 💔
