Authorities have identified the family of five who lost their lives in the devastating house fire on Emerson Avenue in Paterson, New Jersey, on the night of October 31st.

According to the Paterson Fire Department, multiple 911 calls were received around 9:51 PM, reporting that the family was trapped on the second floor as flames rapidly spread through the home.
Firefighters arrived within minutes and made every effort to reach them, but the blaze had already grown too intense and the smoke too heavy.
Neighbors and loved ones are devastated. Flowers, candles, and heartfelt messages now fill the sidewalk outside the home — a tender tribute to a family whose lives were cut tragically short.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
