June 23, 2025 – Rochester, NY — It was a chaotic and dangerous night on Rochester’s roads as police responded to at least three separate vehicle crashes overnight, one of which left a man seriously injured after being struck while walking along North Goodman Street.

According to the Rochester Police Department (RPD), officers were dispatched to the scene of a pedestrian-involved crash in the overnight hours after receiving multiple 911 calls. The incident occurred near the intersection of North Goodman Street and [cross street, if known], where a man was struck by a vehicle while walking.

Emergency medical personnel arrived promptly and transported the man to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he is being treated for non-life-threatening but serious injuries.
