On July 18th, 2025, at approximately 12:18 a.m., Hearne Police Officers responded to reports of shots fired at 1102 South Riley Street. Upon arrival, officers found a male victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was immediately transported by Robertson County EMS to a local hospital for treatment.
The investigation is ongoing. Authorities believe this to be an isolated incident, and there is no further threat to the public at this time.

Early this morning, detectives investigated a shooting at Penn Valley Park that resulted in one man’s death and two others—an adult male and a juvenile male—sustaining non-life-threatening injuries. After a thorough review, the solicitor’s office decided not to press charges against the shooter, determining that he acted in self-defense.

A woman was fatally shot early Friday morning in front of Deliverance Evangelistic Church on Lehigh Avenue in North Philadelphia. The incident occurred just before 1 a.m. when police responded to reports of gunfire in the area. With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jamie Lynn Randall (née DiStefano), of Deptford, New Jersey, who left us far too soon on July 13, 2025, at the age of 46. Jamie was a beloved wife, devoted mother, cherished sister, and a loyal friend to many.
