One of the hardest things is to say goodbye.
Mom—you who cheered for me on my darkest days, held me tight when I feared the world, and loved me beyond measure—you’re gone from this life, but your love lives on in every part of me.

May you forever rest in peace.
I picture you now, free from pain and wrapped in light—the warmth you’ve given me multiplied infinitely. I hope your soul finds rest and peace because it deserves nothing less.

Love you more than words can say.
Every day that I breathe is because of you—your sacrifice, your unwavering support, your faith in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. I’m who I am because of your love.

To everyone who knew her, my mom Mary Therese was a remarkable soul: gentle yet fierce, compassionate yet strong, warm yet wise beyond her years. She had a way of making every person feel seen—and every moment feel like home.

If you have a memory of her—something she said that stayed with you, a time she made you laugh when you forgot how, a kindness she offered when you needed it—please share it. Those stories are the threads that continue weaving her legacy.

Dear Mom,
Thank you for everything—your guidance, your forgiveness, your joy. Thank you for loving me unconditionally, even when I stumbled. Thank you for believing I could soar. I will carry your spirit forward in how I live, love, and care for others. I’ll live in ways that honor your memory every single day.

Until we meet again, may you rest in a peaceful sleep, free from this world’s sorrows. I’ll carry your light—always.
