In the midst of life, we are in death. Just a day after learning of the passing of my friend and fellow hypnotist, H. Larry Elman, I received the heartbreaking news of another loss. Tony was not only a friend in recovery but also a fellow spiritual aspirant and dedicated yoga practitioner.
