Our sweet, sweet Shelby Sue. It’s still so hard to believe—so hard to accept—that this is reality. It shouldn’t be. We are clinging to the hope and truth that this life is not the end, because Christ has defeated the grave. Thank you, Jesus.
Having a relationship with Jesus is what matters most in this life, friends. It matters—for eternity.
Our hearts will never be the same on this side of Heaven. But they will rejoice in the privilege of having loved Shelby Sue, and in knowing that she is now worshipping at the feet of Jesus—the place she longed for most.
We love you so, so, so much, our precious baby sister.
