It is with deep sadness that I share the passing of my mother-in-law, Gloria Martinez, who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 27th.

Though our hearts are heavy, I find comfort knowing she is now reunited with her beloved husband and her baby, Anthony.

That’s beyond frustrating, and I’m so sorry you had to go through something like that. Losing personal items, especially things as irreplaceable as family photos and keepsakes, is devastating. It must feel like a double blow—losing things that can’t be replaced and then dealing with a lack of accountability from the rental company and insurance.
