I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of SLAB. It sounds like he was someone who truly lived life on his own terms, doing what he loved most, and that passion clearly resonated with so many around him. The fact that he’s remembered with such affection by his team and friends speaks to the kind of person he was—someone who left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered.

Losing someone in a way that feels so sudden and tragic can leave a lot of unanswered emotions, but it also shows how deeply he was loved. My heart goes out to his family, friends, and the Athens Flying Week team. I hope the support and memories shared by his loved ones bring some comfort during such a tough time.

Rest in peace, SLAB. You will be missed. If there’s anything you need or want to share, I’m here to listen.
