Haverhill firefighter Timothy Carroll returned to the Water Street fire station Tuesday night to a warm round of applause and heartfelt appreciation after surviving a life-threatening heart attack on July 17.
During a gathering held in his honor at the central station, 52-year-old Carroll reunited with the colleagues and first responders who played a critical role in saving his life. He expressed deep gratitude to his fellow firefighters and the Pridestar Trinity EMS team, who brought him back from the brink.
