Fatal Crash on I-95 in Stonington Claims Life of New Haven Man
Stonington, CT – A deadly crash on Interstate 95 Wednesday morning has resulted in the death of a New Haven resident. Connecticut State Police confirmed that 52-year-old Shawn Twomey was killed in the incident, which occurred on the southbound side of I-95 near Exit 91.
Troopers from Troop E in Montville responded to the scene shortly after receiving a call at approximately 11:33 a.m. Details surrounding the cause of the crash have not yet been released, and an investigation is ongoing.
