This evening, disaster struck our Khayelitsha clinic. A truck crashed directly into our animal clinic’s operating theatre, destroying it completely. Our storage room was also flattened. The damage is massive — far beyond anything we could have ever prepared or budgeted for.
💔 Our hearts are heavy. This is a devastating loss to our facility, our mission, and the animals we care for every day.
🙏 The one silver lining: No animals or staff were harmed. Our dedicated team remains strong and committed. Even in these tough conditions, we will continue treating animals and doing all we can to serve our community.
