Date/Time: Early Sunday, August 24, around 12:40 a.m.

Location: Prospect Hill, a dead-end street off North Prospect Street, near Ohavi Zedek Synagogue, outside the home of lawyer Mark Kaplan (Kaplan and family were not home)

Incident: Reported disturbance involving a screaming woman, who was later seen getting into a vehicle and leaving the scene

Police Response: Located the vehicle nearby at 16 Prospect Hill

During the encounter, Officer Baur fired a shot, striking a small four-door sedan
