    I met this precious lady, Pallie McLoon, when we were in the Sr. Ms. Davidson County Pageant in June. Pallie always wore the kindest smile and had a gentle, uplifting spirit that touched everyone around her. She carried herself with such grace and joy, and it was a privilege to get to know her, even for a short time.

    My thoughts and prayers are with her family and all who loved her. She will be deeply missed, and fondly remembered.
