An 18-year-old from Oshawa, Jaiwin Kirubananthan, has been charged in connection with a fatal crash on Highway 48 in Whitchurch-Stouffville, Ontario, that resulted in the death of 35-year-old Andrew Cristillo and injuries to four others.
