A tragic triple murder has shaken the Monroe community. Around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday, police discovered two men and a 2-year-old girl — all fatally shot in the head. One of the men has been identified as Li Ojay “Ojay” Simpson, and the little girl was his daughter, Jhersi Simpson. 🥺 The third victim has been identified as Jamal Bank. Baby Jhersi’s passing came on her grandfather’s birthday and just days before her mother’s and grandmother’s birthdays — making this loss even more unimaginable. 👼🏽
