The crash occurred around 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 26, on Avent Ferry Road near Holly Meadow Drive. WRAL News+1

The victim was a 14-year-old bicyclist, identified as Max Dunham, a freshman at Holly Springs High School. ABC11 Raleigh-Durham

Investigators say there were open and unopened cans of Twisted Tea (an alcoholic beverage) in his car and at the crash scene. WRAL News
