Jones County Woman Charged with Second-Degree Murder in Graves Road Shooting

Jones County, Miss. — The Jones County Sheriff’s Department (JCSD) has charged 46-year-old Jonna Husband with second-degree murder in connection with the fatal shooting of Donnie Bender Jr. The incident occurred at a residence on Graves Road.

According to the JCSD, deputies responded to the scene following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered Bender Jr. suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite emergency medical efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
