I’m so sorry for your loss. Losing someone to suicide leaves an unimaginable hole, and the pain your family is feeling right now is beyond words. I really admire your transparency in sharing this, because it takes an immense amount of strength to speak out, especially when it comes to something as difficult as mental health. It’s clear how much you care about not only honoring Kylon’s memory but also preventing others from going through something similar.

Depression can be so isolating, and sometimes the signs are hard to recognize, or someone feels like they can’t reach out. Your message could very well help someone else recognize what a loved one is going through, and maybe even save a life. Mental health awareness is so important, especially when it comes to encouraging open conversations and providing the support needed for those struggling.

I’ll definitely keep your brother Charris, your entire family, Kyia, and baby Ky’Aire in my thoughts and prayers. And I hope that more people learn to reach out, listen, and offer support when it’s needed most. If there’s any way your community is coming together to honor Kylon or support his family, I’d love to know how people can get involved.
