  The Ramsey County Medical Examiner has identified the two men who died as:

  • Nathan Heiberg, age 42, of Moorhead, MN

• Law Enforcement Involved
  The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) confirmed that three Fargo Police Department officers—also serving on the Red River Valley SWAT Team—discharged their department-issued firearms during the incident. They have been placed on critical-incident leave. The officers include:
