One of Our Own Needs Us, Rodeo Family
Rodeo family, we’ve got a heavy heart today. One of our own—the cowboy with the beautiful blonde hair peeking out from under his hat, who’s been working the roughstock gate at Cheyenne all week—was critically injured yesterday during semifinals action at The Daddy of ’em All.
He was kicked in the chest by a bareback horse in a freak accident. He’s now fighting hard, and he needs all the strength, love, and prayers we can send his way.
This cowboy is more than just a familiar face behind the chutes. He’s part of what makes Cheyenne run. He shows up, works hard, and helps keep the action going safely and smoothly. Now it’s our turn to show up for him.
Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers. As soon as we know more—how he’s doing or how we can help—you’ll hear it here.
Stay strong, cowboy. Your rodeo family is behind you all the way. 💔🙏
