The victim, whose name has not yet been publicly released, was shot multiple times and tragically pronounced dead at the scene. The incident has shocked the local community, especially given the vulnerable nature of the victim and the broad daylight setting.

Amber McNulty, 43, has been charged with felon in possession of a weapon, but as of now, she has not been charged in connection with the fatal shooting itself. Investigators are continuing to gather evidence, and the case remains under active investigation.
