Darren Manning, has passed away.
There are no words that truly capture the depth of this loss. I am still in shock. My heart feels shattered in a way I didn’t know was possible. Darren wasn’t just my little brother — he was a part of me, a constant presence in my life, a source of laughter, comfort, and unconditional love.
He was one of the kindest souls you could ever meet. Darren had a way of making people feel seen and valued. His humor was effortless, his smile unforgettable, and his heart so incredibly genuine. He could light up a room without even trying, and he carried a warmth that drew people in. Whether you knew him your whole life or only for a short time, he left an imprint on you.
Our family will never be the same without him. There is an emptiness now that words cannot describe. We are trying to process a reality that doesn’t feel real. The world feels quieter, heavier, and far less bright without Darren in it.
He was deeply loved — by his family, by his friends, and by so many people whose lives he touched in ways big and small. The stories, messages, and memories being shared are a testament to the incredible person he was. Knowing how many lives he impacted brings us comfort in the middle of this unbearable pain.
Right now, we are taking things one moment at a time, trying to navigate a grief that feels overwhelming. We don’t yet know how to live in a world without him, but we know we will carry him with us in everything we do — in our laughter, in our memories, and in the love he gave us so freely.
